SERVICE/PARTS/BODY SHOP:
Our Technicians are ASE and hybrid certified master technicians. Mickey Blank, the Service Director of Operations, will ensure that our technicians are providing the most quality work, in a timely fashion. Nick Urso is our assistant service managers with many years of technical experience and customer service. For your convenience, our service center offers Saturday hours, along with comfortable waiting areas, coffee, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, magazines and newspapers. If you don’t want to wait for your vehicle, we offer discounted rental cars for minor needs and free loaners for major services!
Our Parts department, which is also open Saturdays, has a full line of Toyota Accessories available.
Our body shop is insurance company recommended and approved. We will handle the entire process for a stress free body shop experience. Free body shop estimates are available. We have renovated the Auto Body Shop, which is now located across the street at the Used Car Building. First impressions mean a lot to me & Vance certainly gives a great first, second third one. He never tries to push service that is not needed. Many times at I have noticed this from other service representatives. But not him.I think he is a great asset to Torrington Toyota in that regard. I have encountered him many times over the last few years when he worked for Branch Toyota. When I came to Torrington Toyota to purchase a new car he was there. I won't go back to Branch any more for service since Vance is now at Torrington. He was kind enough to give me a coupon for the service I required. Very positive. I have been to many car dealerships over the years, but once I found Torrington Toyota, I have never been to any other. I love my Camry and have had I have been to many car dealerships over the years, but once I found Torrington Toyota, I have never been to any other. I love my Camry and have had bought several others from Torrington. Even though it is a 50-60 minute ride from my home, it is worth the trip - even for service. There is no other dealership near me that I would consider going to. I would say it is mainly the personnel at Torrington that keeps me coming back. Their knowledge and friendliness is key to a good working relationship. More
