Worst buying experience I've ever had! I've bought at least 10 vehicles from their competitor over the last fifteen years. I gave them my trade in signed a price agreement form and with th I've bought at least 10 vehicles from their competitor over the last fifteen years. I gave them my trade in signed a price agreement form and with the agreement they would fix a couple of items we took the vehicle. Did not recieve a phone call or green slip for over two weeks. They called me in to pick up my green slip they upped my monthly by more than 50 bucks and my interest rate by 10% !!! We were in need od a larger vehicle for mama and our 6 kids. Hey Chopper, you should try and make this right! More

Extemely poor service. ..we plan to order a top of the line RAM and used RAM's web-site to "build" the unit. However, I couldn't find a way on that site to transfer the inf ..we plan to order a top of the line RAM and used RAM's web-site to "build" the unit. However, I couldn't find a way on that site to transfer the information to Towbin. So, email generally what I was looking for knowing that it would take months before actually get the pick-up. The on-line cost was around $75k. Towbin instead that I needed to send them the summary of what I built even when I email that couldn't find the way to do that. Bottom I received an email from Towbin, as I told in the one phone I received that the cost of was going to be the full $75K less any "mark-downs" listed on the web-page. Far from "we will give you a great deal...just send us the summary". Working on-line without Towbin during anything except place the order, which is a great deal for Towbin, but I'm totally not interest...what a waste of my time. More

I have had pendulum swings of service consistency from Towbin Dodge. However, Steve, the service manager, and Floyd, the service tech (?), have really helped quell any previous issues I had. Floyd was ext Towbin Dodge. However, Steve, the service manager, and Floyd, the service tech (?), have really helped quell any previous issues I had. Floyd was extremely helpful in describing the issues at hand, resolution options, and coverages that are extended, providing me tremendous peace of mind. Steve is very supportive and understanding of the concerns that I have expressed, and while our original conversations may not have been as pleasant as they grown to be, we have been able to work through all areas of concern that has left me tremendously satisfied. I do appreciate the transition of where we started with the concerns and the care and customer service that have been provided. THANK YOU for your support and customer service, it is appreciated.
