I went for a deal on diesel engine oil change and the advisor who extended the card was off, so some other guy (I guess the service manager) could not honor it said we had never had these deals, and 1.5 advisor who extended the card was off, so some other guy (I guess the service manager) could not honor it said we had never had these deals, and 1.5 hours turned in 4 due to oil shortage in the middle of my service, but Chris Valle gave me a discount for the inconvenience of the long wait, in a different issue courtesy car wash is given at other dealers in the area,(Cadillac, Lincoln, Ford) and you had that service broken for 2 weeks, I know is a courtesy but for the regular services?
