This had to be one of the worst experiences I have ever had buying a car. I walked in on July 2, Malachai helped me. He was a usual sales guy selling stuff, but he listened to me in the end. After a few rebuttals also listened. Showed me what I wanted with two add ons then offered to take it off but I still decided to leave. I had plans on going to centennial Kia BUT decided that Malachai was actually kind, so I went in. I was the first on the lot on July 3 2026. Malachai was not coming in for a while so Dan (I believe) offered to help. MALACHAI DO NOT LET HIM HELP YOU AGAIN. I had check preapproved in hand. I said my set number with my negative equity and i said no add ons please. HE BOUGHT BACK A SHEET FULL OF ADD ONS. One of which was a 995 GPS tracking which the day before was 665. Then the added warranty was 3,002. AND my car was valued at Carmax at 5K but they took it to 3.5k . I asked why and he said he because it was evaluated online. I said well if that was going to be the case if the number was not going to be honored why would they let me do the appraisal online?? I took pictures. So then i mark off all the add ons and he says, "even if I take them off its not going to do much " However i counted thousands of dollars of add ons and it went from 52k to 47k . Surprise. I still said that's not the number I asked for I can't budge more ( I didnt mind budging a little but when someone is blatantly not listening to you, you want to leave.) So i said please stop bringing me sheets . So i asked for my keys and left. I took it to Jim Marsh Kia. They honored my CarMax, and we met at a perfect price, we worked with each other, and they listened the first time. One more thing because I didn't want to show him my check, I didn't because car salesman like to inflate the price to match the check. I instantly felt like he did not take me seriously. even when I had all my numbers together. I left there at 10 am and I was in my new Sorento by noon at Jim Marsh. Oh and they test drove my car WITHOUT asking me, I had to ask where is my car going and he said Oh the manager wants to take it around the parking lot. More

I’ve been coming to the service and sales department for years, & at this point—honestly considering putting them on my holiday card list. I’m convinced the only reason I keep coming back is for David A and years, & at this point—honestly considering putting them on my holiday card list. I’m convinced the only reason I keep coming back is for David A and Liz (and okay… the great service too I guess). Just bought a car with my mom and had such a fun, easy experience! The staff is always super friendly, slightly chaotic (in a fun way), and the highlight? Getting to hit the gong like I just won a game show. Core memory=Unlocked! 10/10, would absolutely come back and pretend I need another car. Shoutout to David A and Liz M for being the real #1 MVPs and making the whole process effortless! More

TOWBIN KIA SOLD ME A CAR WITH A DIRTY TITLE, AND THEY ARE REFUSING TO CORRECT IT! I have traded in and purchased two brand-new vehicles from them. My wife has traded in her car and purchased a brand-new o REFUSING TO CORRECT IT! I have traded in and purchased two brand-new vehicles from them. My wife has traded in her car and purchased a brand-new one from them, too. We've both been loyal customers of their service center since before they were Towbin. We were planning on making her current car and my 2019 Soul our 4th and 5th cars traded in at Towbin Kia for new cars, but they wouldn't even make us an offer because they think the odometer had been rolled back when it was originally still in their possession. Back when it still only had 58 miles on it. They never made me aware of the rollback, nor did they attach the proper paperwork to the driver's side door to show that they rolled the odometer back. I initially gave them the benefit of the doubt and chalked it up to a mistake that their employee made when I purchased my Soul in 2018, but their avoiding me proves that they know they did something questionable.
