Honestly I was kind of disappointed in the detail I had done. I had purchased my car the week before and they did not have time to detail that day so my sales rep arranged for me to bring it the following done. I arrived at 7:30 am and was told it would take 5-8 hours to complete. No worries! I went home to wait. I called back around 4:00 and was told it had just been completed. I went back up there and it looked great on the outside....BUT when I opened the driver door I saw what looked like dirty water drips on the passenger door and the crusty stuff on the fear shift was still there. My sales rep got a rag and some water and cleaned it up. Was this a big deal! Not really but attention to detail is the whole point of a car detail! And this makes me not want to come back and pay for a detail from them. Everyone makes mistakes and the entirety of my buying experience was fabulous. I was just hoping for the same kind of experience with the detail. More

Joe Defalco was very knowledgeable did everything for me above and beyond what I expected.
