Lee Kassler (now Sales Manager) took care of us then and he took care of us now. A week prior coming into Tower, we had a horrible head-on car crash. Needless to say, we were glad to be alive and our car was totaled. Because our experience with Tower and Lee was great the first time around, when we knew we needed a vehicle, we headed to Tower. Not only was Lee sympathetic and understanding to our situation, he also knew we were dealing with other family medical and personal matters as well. He then called over the Business Manager David Rosenstein. Not only did the two of them put together a great car at a great price, David spent time and patience with Ford credit to get us more than we could have imagined in a lease. When most dealers want more money down or try to make as much as they possible can, David, from the business side and Lee from the sales side, got us a deal where ford gave us back money. Just does not happen. We are truly grateful to David and Lee for their support and understanding during a very challenging time. We went into Tower on Monday, June 25, 2018 and picked up our car on Thursday, June 28, 2018. If you are looking for a Ford, Tower is your Dealer. Each subsequent visit confirmed that impression - including the last two days (5/29/18 - 5/30/18). The experience involved with the replacement of a recalled airbag put me in contact with the gentlemen in the parking lot directing customers, Marcella Umberto who signed me in, Doug who did my paperwork and James who was the Mustang specialist technician. Every one of these representatives treated me with friendly, courteous professionalism and even humor. I may even go back just to visit. In conclusion? Give 'em all a raise! More

This year, we went over the entire parts list and made my car animal friendly by having them remove leather from the car. We also found the coolest of decals to choose from to customize the car. They even found someone in a hospital to put in baby seats. They set up the blue tooth to make gps and phone calls work through the car. The are well versed on programs that will help to make car ownership easier. There is a wheel and tire coverage, an app with a personal assistant, and lojack which gives a car insurance discount. Service is now open Saturdays and they can reserve a loaner car. In about another 10 years I will be back for my 5 th mustang from Tower.. (red 95, silver 04, blue 2011, charcoal 2018) which color should I pick next? More

Pay strict attention to the quotes they offer you as they inflate the MSRP to give the appearance that you are getting a great deal. In reality, Tower’s MSRP does not include the discounts Ford automatically includes in the vehicle’s Blue Box MSPR that appears on the window sticker. They also are condescending, arrogant and downright rude and it takes them days to respond to your inquiries. Shop around and you will see that Tower’s "best price" is significantly higher than others in the area. However, if you show that that quote, they will essentially call you a liar and say it must be wrong. I could write much more, but Tower has already wasted too much of my time. More
