I purchased my last 2 vehicles through them and even though it is far from my house, I travel the extra distance in order to have them work on my truck. First Tower Ford Dealership is by far the best dealership around. As soon as you step into their showroom you are welcomed. Dennis came over immediately and was very friendly. Not pushy. Asked questions and truly listened. Their prices are good. They/he really try and work out the best deal for you whether it is to buy or lease. Dennis was excellent. Then when we met with Larry in Finance that was an amazing experience too. From the time we walked in to the showroom to the time we walked out with a car was 2 hours. I have bought and leased cars from another dealership but have never had such a great experience as I have with Tower Ford. More

The customer service was great I was made to feel extremely comfortable from the moment I walked into the dealership. I was thoroughly impressed with Charlie and Rick's attention to detail. I cannot say enough about the superior quality of the all around service, friendliness and knowledge of their product I have been dealing with the people at Tower Ford for the past 3 years and when it come around service, friendliness and knowledge of their product I have been dealing with the people at Tower Ford for the past 3 years and when it comes to my brand new Escape they have made my life so easy Not only are they extremely courteous but the are almost more importantly extremely reliable and they stand by their word. I live and work in NYC and dont have the time during to the week to have my car serviced so they have set a service for me in which they pick up and deliver my car whenever there is any problem this to me is one of the many features that Tower Ford does in a extremely timely manner it is serviced and returned within 24 hours Car life is beautiful since I was introduced to the Tower Ford establishment!!!! This is a great full service dealership. Sales rep was knowledgeable and attentive. Vehicle was delivered when promised. The car was purchased for the price I wanted, and delivered to me on time time. It was a new 2009 Taurus SEL and my salesperson was Whimps Fils Aime. The car was purchased for the price I wanted, and delivered to me on time with no problems or hassles. Whimps was very friendly and helpful. In fact, the experience was so positive at this dealership (compared with others I have bought from in the past) that this encouraged me to go back in 2011 and purchase another new 2011 Taurus Limited from this same salesperson. Once again, Whimps was very curteous and helpful. My 2011 Taurus Limited was delivered exactly how I ordered it and purchased at a great price. I would definitely recommend Tower Ford to anyone who wants to purchase a Ford at a great price. Ask for Whimps.
