Cannot even get a simple text message returned! ! Very poor customer service from 2 different salesmen and an attitude from the finance department when we cancelled our extended warranty. Never received a copy of the cancellation and we cannot get someone to respond to our request for a copy. We bought a $35000 vehicle so you would think we could get a little cooperation. I just had the second salesman, Tyler, who was referred to us by the GM, tell us to contact our original salesman, Mark, because he is not our salesman as we did not purchase a vehicle from him??? Excuse me….sorry to have bothered you Tyler. We are so done with this dealership!!! More
