The service department is always courteous and accommodating. I was informed that the recall servicing would be several hours. Shannon allowed me to keep some personal items at her counter while accommodating. I was informed that the recall servicing would be several hours. Shannon allowed me to keep some personal items at her counter while I went for a walk! Upon my return from the walk, she came to give me an update of about how much longer it would be.
