Appointment was at 10 was told the car would be ready at noon. Came to pick the car up at noon and the car wasn't ready and was just getting put in for the recall. So we had to drive back home to Daingerfie noon. Came to pick the car up at noon and the car wasn't ready and was just getting put in for the recall. I was very pleased with the service that I received at Tower Honda. Matthew was my service manager and he was not only very professional but friendly as well. The waiting room is also very user-friendly complete with snacks and drinks. I had tried twice to schedule my appt online but it was two weeks out. The only issue I had was that I had to return the same day because they had set my tire pressure at 35 rather than 32 & it triggered my tire pressure light to come on. They did adjust it, assured me that everything was fine and re-set the alert light. I will be back for service as needed. Jeanne Lober More
