The only reason I come to your service dept is Brandi. She is fantastic. I took my car in for service, which I had taken in twice before for the same issue, a noise in the steering. It was 2 struts. They kept my car for an entire week. I ask that they keep it inside because I had just detailed it. It was filthy when I picked it up, both outside and inside. My impression is that this dealership is sorely understaffed with mechanics who know what they are doing. The loaner car was also defective which I spoke to the rental man about so I just kept it in the garage for a week because I was afraid to drive it. My gas was on full tank when I delivered it to your dealership and was down a quarter of a tank when I picked it up. Nissan needs to do a better job at 1) educating the mechanics 2) returning the vehicle CLEAN 3) make sure if they drive it to put gas back in the tank. Again, I only use this Nissan dealership because of Brandi. She kept me informed and tried her best to get my car back in a reasonable time, and because she could not, I got a free rental. For this, I am thankful. Since I do not know the mechanics, I cannot comment on them. Each time I called in somehow the people who answered the phone could never find Brandi. How is that possible? Initially, I had an apt at 10 am on Thursday and was there at 9:30 am was not informed until late in the day about my car. I had a trunk that would come down on your head a leak in my front tire, and a clunking sound every time I turned the steering wheel (which was never caught until 3 trips later) I understand that they were extremely busy due to spring break, and I considered that. However, if an employee has left for the day or is on a break, someone should pick up the slack. That did not happen. This is the worst experience I have had other than the other two missed diagnoses on my struts previously. ps My car is under warranty. More
I would recommend this service center because of the convenience of the location and the fact that it offers evening hours. I would still return for another service due to the savings I receive on oil changes, $39.99 is incredible. I have been paying more than $70 for my oil changes. That's a minimum of 50% savings. Explanation of costs - not provided, Eddie did not check me in as he was handling another customer. A different rep (sits in first deck on left side of bay), can't remember name, did not advise me of the additional cost to have tires rotated, so when my bill was $60+, it caught me off guard, but I had it available, so it was not an issue this time. I had a 10a appointment but there were SO many cars ahead of me that didn’t have appointments and none of them were being taken to the shop. They said I would receive a text with inspection report but they sent me the info for another persons car. I called and spoke with Talla who was not at all helpful. Once I asked for her name she put me on hold and when she returned said Lamar would send corrected report. I have STILL not heard back or received my inspection Report. More
I have purchased 4 Frontiers from this same dealership mostly because of feeling at home and sales people being kind and listening to my wants and needs in a vehicle.
