Needing multiple visits to diagnose the same issue, extended downtime, and communication gaps are already difficult—but having your vehicle returned dirty after you specifically requested it be kept clean, along with concerns about fuel usage and a defective loaner vehicle, adds to that frustration. We also understand how concerning it is to feel like staffing and coordination may have impacted your service, especially when you couldn’t consistently reach the advisor you were working with. You’re absolutely right to expect: Accurate and timely diagnostics Clear and proactive communication Respect for your vehicle, including cleanliness and care Transparency around vehicle usage and fuel Reliable loaner transportation We sincerely apologize that these expectations were not met.
