I had an 11 am appointment for an oil change and a tire
rotation. It took 2.5 hours. I went home and oil leaked all over my garage floor and I had to go back the dealership to repair "crush Washer on the

They did a good job, but they did not check my tire

Eddie Davis greeted me in person, listened to the issue, and dedicated an extreme amount of time patiently and professionally taking care of every detail. He arranged to have my car towed. He took my many phone calls, and nervous in-person visits. He answered the insurance adjusters phone calls and organized all of the documentation needed for the claim. He reassured me and helped me when I needed answers about how things were progressing.
With Eddie’s patient and professional support, Discount Tire took full responsibility for damaging my car. It gives me great peace of mind knowing I have a place I can bring my car where I feel safe and supported at all times.

More money must be forked out. The company continuously calls about me getting into more debt but no help on my end beside me working to fork money.
