Car is not fixed. More money must be forked out. The company continuously calls about me getting into more debt but no help on my end beside me working to fork money. More money must be forked out. I am very aware of what they tried to fix but that much was understood in repairs through my own findings. 1200 and I still can’t drive my car!!!! I can go on and on but this is the mic drop at this point. #Fedup. More

I normally have a good experience here. This time was the worst. I had an appt at 8:15 on Monday for my car to be looked at. I had made the appt the prior Thur due to a sound it was making This time was the worst. I had an appt at 8:15 on Monday for my car to be looked at. I had made the appt the prior Thur due to a sound it was making when turning. At 1:15 I called because I had not heard from anyone and did not know what they found. They told me the tech was at lunch and would call me back when he returned. At 4:00 I still had not received a call. I called numerous times and no one would pick up. Finally around 5pm I got a text they could not get to my car and would need to look at in the morning. I needed my car for an appt the following morning. Thankfully I was able to borrow a neighbors car but this was unacceptable that I made an appt to have my car looked on Monday and they never got to it. Finally around noon on Tues I got a text with a quote. Never did receive a phone call. Only a text but not sure who they were coming from. I went back and forth on text to discover they had to order a part to fix my car. So it stayed another day. I was finally able to get my car on Wed night. After spending over $900 it was not even washed which typically it was. The person checking me out made me wait until she finished counting her drawer before I could be helped while 4-5 other people stood around talking. I am not sure what is going on lately but this was an awful experience and considering the amount of money I have spent it makes me consider just getting a new car elsewhere so I don't need to have this serviced here any longer. More

I bought my car there, and have been coming there for a long time, Eddie Davis is a caring and wonderful person! He truly cares for others always!! Everyone there is so wonderful!!!
