Pushy, salesman lied. First I have to say I love the SUV. Then I need to say I was pushed into taking a payment higher than I wanted to pay. Horrible service and company Bought a used 2015 fusion back in June 2017, had problems the whole entire time. Had about 5 rental cars within a 5 month period and had to fight with Bought a used 2015 fusion back in June 2017, had problems the whole entire time. Had about 5 rental cars within a 5 month period and had to fight with the dealership to fix serveral major issues the car was having. Several times they said it was fixed but I was lied to and had to bring it back as soon as I drove off of the lot with it... I've had so much stress, missed work and money lost due to this horrible dealership. i finally got out of the horrible car and the only thing they could do was trade me out to a 2014 fusion which cost about 5k extra but I had no choice. The new car is fine besides the heated seats not working and they won't even contact me back on that issue. My first time buying a car turned out to be a nightmare. Never again will I shop here. Also have been hung up on. Not very friendly people. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. The service crew is awful too. More
