Town & Country Ford

This is the fourth vehicle we have purchased from Town and Country Ford. There are several reasons we use this dealership. The most important to us is the personal service. David Hudson sold us a mustang two years ago for our daughters sixteenth birthday. We called a couple of months early with wishes for colors and price ranges and he found exactly what we wanted. When our daughter was involved in an accident and needed a new car, David Hudson was the first, and honestly the only person we called. Once again we told him a color and price range and once again he delivered. We agreed on an options package and a price over the phone before we made the two hour trip to pick up the car. When we arrived, the car was primed and ready for us. David greeted us and showed us the options on the car, then took us to the finance office. Tawnya Watts explained the financing and maintenance options. All total, I don't think we were in the dealership over thirty minutes! The last five cars we have owned were Fords. Four of them came from Town and Country Ford. We know before we call David that he will have the car we want! We'll be back! More

I have never purchased a Ford before. I have always purchased Chevy's and considered myself as only a Chevy man - When I went to look at new trucks I checked out the new Chevy truck and for the first t purchased Chevy's and considered myself as only a Chevy man - When I went to look at new trucks I checked out the new Chevy truck and for the first time I went and visited a Ford delaership. The product was expectional - the service I received was great. My salesman David Hudson - did a great job in selling this truck to me. He was very informative and knew this truck inside and out. I have never owned a Ford before but I extremely happy with this truck. It rides great. It does everything I want and more. It out performed the Chevy truck. I have been kidded by my friends because I said I wouldn't ever own a Ford but I have now after all these years changed my mind. I have been showing off my truck and I take some of my freinds for ride and now I am converting some of them because they like this truck too. More

The overall experience at this dealership was much better than I had ever expected. The other Ford dealerships that I have done business with in the past do not compare to this one. Despite being a large dealership they made it a point to serve me well and take care of my needs. They are very responsive to my needs and are willing to go the extra mile to insure I am satisfied or that I am comfortable with the information they provide; despite the fact that the purchase is complete. Not only have I been sold on the Ford brand and especially sold on Town & Country, I have recommended Town & Country to several friends and family. What Ford has done to their cars & trucks is amazing and I think everyone should buy one from Town & Country Ford. The F150 drives as well as any SUV or truck I have previously owned and its interior is as nice or nicer. These are definitely not the trucks of yesterday. I look forward to making my next new car/truck purchase from Town & Country and I will continue to recommend them to as many people as possible.
