Smoothe New Car Purchase- friendly and Knowledgeable Salespe After shopping around looking for a new car for my daughter, we decided to check out Town and Country Jeep in Levitown, NY. Our salesperson, Jamie Yel After shopping around looking for a new car for my daughter, we decided to check out Town and Country Jeep in Levitown, NY. Our salesperson, Jamie Yellin was extremely helpful in choosing a Jeep for my daughter. He was very well informed of all the various styles and features in the Jeep. After agreeing on a price the process went very smoothly aside from a delay in meeting with the finance manager Erik Sherriff who was delayed( over an hour)with another customer. Jamie continually apologized for the delay, which was out of his control. Upon meeting with Erik the one gripe we had was his failure to Apologize for having us wait- other than that the rest of the transaction went smoothly. If you are going to shop for a car at Town and Country- ask for Jamie- you'll be happy dealing with him More

Simply awful service The absolute only reason this dealership is receiving 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the price they offered. With that being said the service was The absolute only reason this dealership is receiving 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the price they offered. With that being said the service was atrocious! Maybe you're saying, "oh he just had a bad experience." There were 3 other people in the process of purchasing a new vehicle that were outraged! To start it off we were there for over 5 hours which is simply unacceptable. Secondly, although not expected, but appreciated is being offered something to eat or drink. Absolutely nothing despite two or three runs by the employees to go get coffee and food. To boot I was accompanied by my dad and he was horrified as well. (His worst car buying experience by far) (The "waiting room with refreshments" consisted of a coffee maker with no pot of coffee and 2 vending machines") Be weary of shopping at this place. Oh and the finance manager Anthony was awful. AVOID HIM. More
