Superior Service Our minivan ran into some electrical issues between the rear hatch mechanism frying and no longer opening and then a software update making the push b Our minivan ran into some electrical issues between the rear hatch mechanism frying and no longer opening and then a software update making the push button start to fail and almost cause a horrible car accident, the service team took it serious and responded super quickly! We cannot thank Jason Munsey enough for such wonderful care and service. He made sure everything was triple checked and safe to use and we felt relieved that the service team was able to take the car in right away so life didn't miss a beat. He knew what we wanted and had made sure we got nothing less. He made sure every single detail was perfect and it was beyond a pleasure to work with him. In past years we had worked with some less than stellar sales personnel however will now solely work with Juarez and TC Jeep in Levittown just because their customer service is so wonderful. If it wasn't for this particular employee we wouldn't have returned to this dealership. We value his service and are extremely appreciative of all his hard work for us! Thank you Juarez!!! However, when my husband and I returned to pick up our car, we were there two hours although we had a 2:30 appt..Bobby was there on time, but no one else. I felt as if I were in a doctor's office. However, once we were taken in, we found the experience enjoyable. I have dealt with the service center in the past with another Chrysler I owned, so I was not hesitant to go back despite the long wait. More
