I am truly ecstatic about my recent lease of a brand new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. The vehicle is absolutely amazing, it has so many wonderful features, the jeep rides excellent and the whole body s 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. What made the whole leasing experience perfect was the friendly and courteous employees of this dealership. When I walked in the door I was greeted with such warm and friendly "Hellos" and as I browsed their beautiful showroom there was never any pressure put upon me. I then had the absolute pleasure of meeting Michael Lester, who couldn't have been more kind, considerate and professional. He listened to my concerns and took his time showing me not only the beautiful vehicles that would be in my best interest to lease, but most of all he listened to my concerns regarding comfort and roominess that I needed to have in my next vehicle. I am a big person who stands 6'4 inches and I weigh over 300 pounds and these concerns I have are always a top priority when I look at vehicles. Not many dealerships can accommodate me and what should be an enjoyable experience turns into a frustrating nightmare. Michael took his time and was so very patient with me and when he showed me the Jeep Grand Cherokee not only was this a beautiful vehicle inside and out, it was so comfortable and so roomy and for the first time in my 20 years of leasing vehicles this truly was the best and most enjoyable experience I have ever had. When I came to pick up the vehicle on July 10 I was supposed to pick it up that night but I called Michael earlier in the day because my schedule had cleared and I asked if I can come earlier. Michael accommodated me and told me to come within in an hour and a half, and when I arrived the vehicle was ready and detailed for me. The Jeep was absolutely beautiful when I saw it for the first time, and I want to thank the gentlemen who detailed my jeep on such short notice they did a phenomenal job. Michael took his time and showed me all of the features on the jeep and answered all of my questions always patiently and considerately. I can't thank Michael Lester enough for his kindness, compassion,patience and upmost professionalism. Michael truly is a wonderful salesman, a wonderful person and I just can't say enough. I also had the extreme pleasure of meeting with Terrance Kelly who handled the paperwork on my Jeep. What a gentleman and as Michael did with me he took his time answered any questions or concerns I had, and treated me with such upmost respect. I never once felt pressured, rushed or neglected like I have experienced before in other dealerships. This wonderful dealership is a cut above the rest and if anyone is looking into a Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge or is like me with the dilemma I have had finding the right vehicle for for your size and comfort level, this is the dealership to come to. I can't thank Town and Country enough for what they did for me, you made my leasing experience a wonderful one.
