"Manager has a terrible attitude "

I have purchased 6 cars at this dealer ship and have always been happy, but his experience with service has ended my relationship. After bringing my truck back 4 times and being told it was fixed the issue still exists. Now that the car is out of warranty they are telling me it is because I did not change the oil enough. This is after 4 visits and being told 4 times that the car is fixed to pick it up, only to have the same issues. I will never go back again. I suggest you find another dealer with a manager who deos not have such a bad attitude.

"Terrible customer service"

Never have I been so dissapointed with customer service. Jim Ingrassia needs to work on talking to people and not be rude. I will never be bringing my vehicle back to this dealership because of him.

"Best Customer Service"

I have had numerous problems with my 2012 Chrysler 200. I am not a big fan of Chrysler but this dealerships customer service goes above and beyond. A special shout out to Jim Ingrassia. If it weren't for his service and dedication I would not be coming to this dealership. His customer service skills are beyond anyone's expectations

"Great service "

"First oil change after purchase"

Ron is the guy. He helped me a lot with the purchase of my 2016 Jeep Cherokee. He saved me all the hassle and gave me the best deal I could ever ask for. Just recently, I needed to get an oil change, but there has been some issues (part of the deal was free oil change). Gave Ron a text, then boom. He made the calls and a minute later, everything was fixed. Kudos to you, brother! Thanks a lot. Highly recommend this great guy.

"Frustrated "

So disappointed with Levittown town and Country Jeep Chrysler Dodge. I just purchased 2 2018 cars. The touch screen, which effects every option in the car, is malfunctioning. As you drive the screen turns on and off, even when using the back up camera, causing me to almost have an accident with my children in the car. Their customer service is abysmal, they won't even give me a loaner until they solve the problem. When I explained what happen with the back up camera the manager told me that I am ultimately responsible for my driving. What the?!? So frustrating!

"Fast, Easy, High-Quality Customer Service"

I recently brought my 2015 Dodge Durango that I leased from TCJCD for a flat tire. Timing was bad as I needed to take my son for a doctor's appointment and needed to have the flat fixed quickly. I had no appointment and arrived at 7am with many customers already being serviced. When it was my turn I was greeted by Jim with a smile and a cheery welcome. Jim immediately got a service tech to take a look at my car and within 45 minutes my flat was fixed and I wasn't charged. Jim is great guy and he should be given special recognition for his customer service skills. I recommend the TCJCD service department highly! Thank you Jim!!
