The only thing is that the ford We purchased last March 29, 2023 is that the axle and the exhaust pipes is rusted I mention this to my salesman he said that they know about that rust but it is normal. We were traveling through pulling our fifthwheel RV and had a check engine light on with our newly purchased 2020 Ford F350 6.7. We pulled the rig into Town East Ford and Tyler, one of your service reps l had a check engine light on with our newly purchased 2020 Ford F350 6.7. We pulled the rig into Town East Ford and Tyler, one of your service reps listened my story and immediately went to bat for us. He told us about an RV park nearby and got us scheduled for the next day to look at the truck. I took it in the next morning, Tyler checked it in and your service department diagnosed the issue and got it fixed the same day. I've been in lots of dealerships but never have I had such a fantastic experience as I did with Tyler and your dealership. Tyler was courteous, efficient and great asset to your company as well as to us! I would give Town East 12 out of 5 stars! Impeccable!!! More
