Terrible service. This place it’s a nightmare. We called to make an appointment to get my GPS some part to changed. They told us that our agent quieted and that’s why This place it’s a nightmare. We called to make an appointment to get my GPS some part to changed. They told us that our agent quieted and that’s why we haven’t received any calls from them but the part was already there. This was Friday July 8th/22. We set an appointment for today July 12/22. They said we aren’t in the system and they haven’t recalled any notes or appointments for us. We told them all the information that we know from the called we made the previous Friday.So they still were incompetent to fix their mistake. They were arguing that they never got our call and appointment . If we didn’t talk to them how do we know all this information about our agent and that the part for our truck was there. They rescheduled us and we have to drop our truck, when before they told us that we can wait there and that it might take a couple hours but they never said before to drop the truck. This situation was so frustrating and unfair. I heard bad things about their service before but this time was the worse. I don’t trust them this place it’s the worst. I’m not happy at all. More
