Me and my husband purchased a 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 with 20k miles. 2 weeks later our headlight goes out and we take it to Dodge to get the headlight replaced since it was still covered under warranty, unfo 20k miles. 2 weeks later our headlight goes out and we take it to Dodge to get the headlight replaced since it was still covered under warranty, unfortunately it did not cover the cost due to a minor accident that happened prior. I went back to Town East Ford, and I spoke to the Sales Manager Michael Mullins. He was a huge help to my husband and me. He went above and beyond to ensure that we were taken care of, and he got the technicians to make my vehicle top priority and got my vehicle fixed within a day. We really appreciate Michael as he was a huge help with our problem. More
