Somewhat of a good experience Purchased a 2014 F-150 pickup. I was happy with the purchase but was let down when I was given 1 key. Being it was a programmed key I knew it was an e Purchased a 2014 F-150 pickup. I was happy with the purchase but was let down when I was given 1 key. Being it was a programmed key I knew it was an expensive item. When I asked for the second key I was told there was not one but to go to parts dept to find out the cost; it was $325-345...I don’t remember exact cost. I normally buy new vehicles but since this was for my 16 y/o son, I purchased a used one with low mileage. In the end I was happy with the truck...so far but, not too happy that right away I already had an unexpected expense related to purchase a second key when it should have automatically been part of the purchase. If this a review for the public to read be sure to make sure the salesperson understands that 2 keys need to be provided or you’ll be stuck with an unexpected expense. One last letdown was...when in the past I've purchased new and used vehicles I was given what I believed was a customary full tank of gas. Not here! The vehicle was given to me with less than a quarter tank. Do not assume the 'customary' items given when purchasing vehicles elsewhere will be provided with Town East Ford...or at least in used cars sales. More

I told them what I wanted to pay and that I didn’t want to be haggled or back and forth games. Jazmin gave me the car fax report and meet my price. The team had to stay an hour after their close time and we were treated with the upmost respect and courtesy. Wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this dealership and sales team. More

I highly appreciated the service and empathy provided by their employees. There was a vehicle in inventory I had been eyeing for nearly a month, of which I’d take the occasional visit. And once I was ready, I was promptly provided with a great sales associate to assist me. Richard is a great salesman and driver, and extremely knowledgeable in a variety of dynamics when it comes to the vehicles he’s presenting. He’s also very patience and sincere, which are qualities I find very important with the car buying experience. Though I walked in knowing what I wanted, it’s people like Richard that make me want to recommend a dealer to someone I look out for, as I feel they’d take care of someone, even one new to the car buying process. I’m the second person in the family to purchase a vehicle from TEF, and I now see why that choice was already made once before. If there’s a vehicle you’ve been looking for that’s in inventory, I highly recommend you make a stop here to take a look at your options. More

New Vehicle Experience I came in very discouraged with my 2017 Edge that I have had problems with from the beginning, and Ranger met me out front when I arrived to the New C I came in very discouraged with my 2017 Edge that I have had problems with from the beginning, and Ranger met me out front when I arrived to the New Cars Center, very polite and was willing to hear my situation. He introduced me to Matt, who also listened well. These two were determined to correct my situation and feelings. I wanted to trade in my 2017 Edge, and get something comparable to my current payments. They immediately went to work, finding a few different vehicles that would meet my needs. I test drove two of them, and loved the Ford Explorer! They introduced me to Jim in finance, and he too went to work to get my payments to where they were with the Edge. Well between these three men, they actually got me better pricing, rebates, reimbursement, and financing than I had had previously. These men, Ranger, Matt, and Jim Truly went above and beyond to make this, what was a sad, discouraged ford customer to a VERY HAPPY, EXCITED, FORD OWNER. Thank You Guys So Very Much, YOUR THE BEST!!!! More
