FRAUDULENT Business Practices w/Kickbacks (NO VET ZONE) I would NOT recommend this dealer at all! My husband and I found this car on Auto Trader website. We called to see if the car was available. Luis call I would NOT recommend this dealer at all! My husband and I found this car on Auto Trader website. We called to see if the car was available. Luis called me back to say he found the keys and assured me that the car would be pulled around and ready for us when we get there. Prior to arriving we received a second phone call from the Floor Sales Manager, Juan. I confirmed with him that we were on our way and everything was a go. Upon our arrival, Luis was busy with another customer, so we went ahead and inspected the car without him. He eventually became available. My husband test drove the car and we agreed that were interested in the car. I explained to Luis that all we needed was a Purchase Order with the Advertised amount of the car and TTL and for the purchase order to be faxed over to my already PRE-APPROVED Credit Union and this could be one of the quickest deals done for the day. After looking at the sheet listing the price, we noticed a FEE for what Luis called "Shop Fees" for a little over $1200. I asked him what "Shop Fees" were. He explained that it was money they put into the car. We asked if that could be removed/waived, and he said that he would "check with management" and get back to us. He comes back and says Great News...."they" said that they would waive the "Shop Fees," if we banked with one of their banks. We objected, and reminded him that we have our own, and that there was NO need to shop around for banks (no need for frivolous credit inquiries), and that's when things went completely left. This clearly inexperienced salesman went on to school us on how using "their banks" would work out better for us. After much persistence from him to use "their banks" and much resistance from us on using our "own" already approved bank, needless to say we walked away. Prior to leaving, I asked him why so much pressure to use their banks, when we already have our own. He commenced to say that it was because outside banks take too long to pay and the dealership wanted their money "today". (I could not believe it.) I stopped him at one point and said listen, we are not young first time car buyers, we own several cars and have purchased many over the years and we DO NOT have time to play reindeer games. I repeated to him my understanding of things (which was): "they" are willing to give us the car for the Internet price and TTL "ONLY," if we bank with one of their banks, but if we chose to go with our "own" already "Pre-Approved" Credit Union, then we'd have to pay the "Shop Fees"??? Luis said "Yes." I was floored! Right before we were about to walk out, the Floor Sales Manager, Juan came over to talk to us. Seeming as if he was concerned about the situation and wanted to fix it. I simply stated how things needed to go in order for us to complete this purchase, which was: we were interested in the car, all we needed was a Purchase Order with the Advertised Internet Price and TTL, less "Shop Fees" and he said, ok we can do it without the "Shop Fees" if you use one of our banks. At that point, it became apparent to us, that these Sales Impostors were completely preposterous and clearly in the business of taking advantage of what they thought were amateurs! Furthermore, every dealership I have encountered in times past has ALWAYS Honored their Advertised Internet sales price, whether their banks were used or NOT. Thank God I am not young and inexperienced when it comes to car buying!! I need to consult and attorney. It is completely inappropriate bad business practice to advertise one thing and provide another when a person shows up for what YOU advertised. That is what is called "False Advertisement." This place is a complete FRAUD! There is NO mention of "Shop Fees" on the Internet Ad. The bottom line is this, we were downright DENIED the "Advertised Internet" sales price when we showed up to purchase the vehicle, because when they forced their banks on us, we refused to use them so they refused to honor their "Advertised" price of the vehicle (went from $10,805 to $12045). If FORCING consumers and applying PRESSURE to customers to use banks that your company does business with is your dealership's standard operating procedure, then it is time for a change. It is clear that there is some type of dealership KICKBACKS involved at this dealership. In all of my years of car buying, I have NEVER witnessed or experienced a dealership who was willing to let a Genuine Sell walk out the door because the buyer refused to use their banks. Buyers Beware! Fellow Veterans Beware!! All Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, and Marines Beware!!! More

The perfect salesman stereotype Salesman was pushy, didn't respect my time or my wishes. I showed him several of the same cars I was looking for, some with less mileage than the one Salesman was pushy, didn't respect my time or my wishes. I showed him several of the same cars I was looking for, some with less mileage than the one at their lot, at various dealerships for more than $2,000 less than the "preferred customer price" he was offering me. He kept feeding me bs about financing and down payment and didn't think I knew any better because I'm a woman. After waisting hours that I'll never get back, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I got the car I wanted for less money and I'm very happy I walked away from the "deal" he offered me. More
Excellent customer service First off, I was not able to leave with a vehicle in hand. With that being said, I will still give a five star rating on the excellent customer se First off, I was not able to leave with a vehicle in hand. With that being said, I will still give a five star rating on the excellent customer service received, especially by Farle. He was very courteous and respectful the entire time we were there. He and the staff offered us burgers and other great stuff during our stay. Every person we spoke to was friendly and not pushy or condescending (unlike what I dealt with at a local Kia dealership's finance department). Despite them ultimately not having the vehicle I was seeking, everything about the their service was excellent. If you visit, please go see Farle and he and his associates will give you a good car buying experience. More
