I bought two Toyota 4Runners from this dealership in 2021 the sales manager and salesman at that time were wonderful to work with! Fast forward to today I walk in and speak with the sales manager who placed the sales manager and salesman at that time were wonderful to work with! Fast forward to today I walk in and speak with the sales manager who placed me with a sales man after 30 minutes he approached me with a down payment amount for a tundra I leave and think about it and call back and told him to run the numbers on a Tacoma he stated he would and he was going to text me so I have his number when we hung up well that was hours ago and nothing. I don’t recommend them anymore it seems their customer service absolutely went down hill from 2021 till now. Scott Clark is highly communicative so do yourself a favor go somewhere that actually communicates. Update I called this morning and spoke with someone in the BDC? I ask why I never got a call back on the updated vehicle vs what I looked at yesterday I also stated I went to Scott Clark and stated the number they gave me he seriously just ask me “ well why are you calling us since you have a number from them” SERIOUSLY!?! WOW lol I guess because I bought two 4Runners from you back to back a limited night shade and then a TRD but hey it’s ok about the only SONIC DEALERSHIP I will continue with is Town and Country Ford you are hands down the worst dealership you have absolutely went downhill letting your employees state something like that to a customer on top of your lack of communication! I've tried to resolve this issue with the vendor Ricardo Martinez, but his responses have been inadequate and unhelpful. My temporary plate expires on August 8th, and this situation is unacceptable. I am out of patience for excuses and delays. I demand an immediate resolution to this problem. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will be compelled to take further action, including filing a formal complaint with the relevant authorities and seeking legal counsel.
