Warranty oil and tire rotation I had a appointment with the service dept this morning for my 30,000 oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived the service tech told me my warranty expired at 25,000 on my 2018 4 runner. Very negative person. I call the warranty dept at 9:55 am and now it’s 12:24 and I have heard nothing from them. What great service. More

My previous vehicle was a 1995 Toyota T-100. Toyota trucks just don't break. There was a minor negative. I believe whoever traded the Tundra in put something temporary on the body to cover up small scratches. After three or four hard rains it washed off and you could see the scratches. I still love it though. More

Shopped many dealers and cars ... Rodney was THE best I have bought many new and used cars in my lifetime. This was my 4th brand new one. With the other three, I knew exactly what I was looking for. Th I have bought many new and used cars in my lifetime. This was my 4th brand new one. With the other three, I knew exactly what I was looking for. This time my wife and I thought we were looking for a smaller SUV as we wanted something a little bigger, wider and more comfortable than our last sedan. Rodney took the time to listen to us, had us test drive the RAV4, which we did not end up liking. However, because he had taken the time to listen, he was able to suggest the Camry, which checked every box we had. Exactly 0 of the other three dealerships we went to that day bothered to do that. When it came to discussing price, he did not hold back on the discounts that were available. Now, in order to do our due diligence, we did get two other Toyota dealerships in the area involved, and got a better price and some features than the initial offer. However, compared to what we had to go through with the other dealerships, Town and Country's starting number was much closer to the final number than either of the other two dealerships. That said a lot to me!! Between that and Rodney's helpfulness, demeanor, and attitude, that landed the sale for Town and Country. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know who is looking for a top notch car buying experience. More

2017 Tundra once over and Brakes I have been coming to Town and Country Toyota for years. The service department is excellent. My service writer Roy is excellent, I explained I had I have been coming to Town and Country Toyota for years. The service department is excellent. My service writer Roy is excellent, I explained I had just gotten this truck used (New to me) and would like a "once over" before the warranty runs out. The truck got a clean bill of health except for the brakes. Roy had already created an estimate and warned me the brakes may be good for a few more miles but were at minimum safe pad levels. Brakes and tires are never options in my book, so I set up an appt. I got there was greeted with a smile, a cup of coffee and a free ride to work while my truck was fixed. I don't get that level of care at home.. :) The repairs went smoothly , got a ride back and was on my way with confidence inspiring brakes for the ride home.
