Fortunately, from the outset I asked for "out the door pricing" with each of the three Toyota dealerships I approached. You had the best pricing. When I arrived, a salesman greeted us in the parking lot and showed us where to go. He brought the car around that we had picked out on-line. We test drove it and came back for price confirmation. No changes so the F&I person then appeared, got our info and in a short while the documents were prepared and we were on our way home. It was all done in a fashion that I think most would want to purchase a car--honest, without games, respectful, and completed quickly. I have shared my experience with a number of people since and will continue to do so. And the highest of the three bids I got, called as we drove away to say, "I have a better offer for you."
