I bought a very nice car from them, but within less than 24 hours the check engine light came on. It appears they cleared out the code long enough for me to buy the car. The absolute worst fricking customer service and finance people at the south blvd location. Total scheisters!! Beware!! They tried to scam my son and I a couple weeks ago because I had to leave early so people at the south blvd location. Total scheisters!! Beware!! They tried to scam my son and I a couple weeks ago because I had to leave early so didn't sit down with financing who by the way tried to act like our best friend from the second he met us. I had to leave so my son sat down with the finance guy after we spent the entire day there with the sales rep. The next day he brought the paperwork to me as I was cosigning for him. The finance guy totally tried to pull the wool over my son's eyes and didn't think I would pay attention to the bottom line. Sick sick dude trying to take advantage and line his pockets! And we never took possession of the car. They took my 1500 deposit and I have a revolving loan on my credit report that I have to fight now and fight the deposit with my credit card company as we did not take the car and we never turned in the final financial paperwork! And not one peep from our sales guy Noah. Not one word. Not one phone call, email or peep from the General Manager or finance guy... no one. Not a peep!! Awful horrible experience! They need a serious come to Jesus meeting. One day. Won’t be me. But karma is real! You do bad, bad comes back! You do good, good comes back! Wake up Toyota Town and Country. Your days are numbered if you are going to treat your customers this poorly! You need to step up and do better. Not okay to scam people and hire scheisters to man your finance desk because you will surely not have return customers this way. One persons word of mouth about a negative experience is A LOT so you might be more mindful next time you try to scam your customers and then lose long term business. More
