Had a scheduled appointment for a 10,000 mile service (oil change etc.). I sat in the waiting area for 3 hours!!! No one updated me, no one said anything. When I finally asked where my car was, they told (oil change etc.). I sat in the waiting area for 3 hours!!! No one updated me, no one said anything. When I finally asked where my car was, they told me it hadn’t even been touched. Three hours of my time completely wasted and zero work done. No proper apology, no attempt to fix the situation. This is unprofessional and disrespectful. I will not be returning and I don’t recommend this service department to anyone. More
