First Time Service This was my first service visit and I was really impressed with the prompt attention Robert, the service writer provided. The car only has 5,000 miles on it and he explained what they were going to do. He walked me around and showed me the facilities. He answered all my questions and I didn’t feel rushed at all. When my car was ready, he came to me and went over the service order with me. The service was fast and the car interior was protected with plastic over the seat and paper on the floor. Before I got the car returned to me, it was taken in for a car wash. I am completely satisfied and will be coming back for my service needs Thank you for a pleasant experience More
