John did great! Many thanks to John for helping me service my vehicle. I had to do the 30K maintenance and I knew it was going to take a while. The biggest thing for a customer that is waiting for their car to be serviced is to have a realistic timeline of how long everything will take. John DID that! We had to add an additional 1.5 hours to the service appt because my brakes needed to be fixed. He explained everything and told me of the timeline.
