It pays to be loyal We have lived in Redwood City for 18 years. I bought my second Explorer in 2001 from Towne. Loved that car and kept it for 13 years. In 2014 I went and purchased a Ford Edge and I love that car. However, 2017 was not a good year for us with regards to our cars. In early 2017 my husband bought a 2016 Ford Fusion to replace his old Fusion. In August the car was stolen and totaled. So back to Towne we went to get another Fusion. In November, his brand new Fusion was...you guessed it, stolen and totaled. Two cars stolen and two cars totaled in one year. However, Kevin and Bass at Towne made it much easier to go through the purchase process again. They were both friendly and helpful in getting us our new Fusion with as little fuss as possible.
