We have been looking for a car for weeks and working with Kevin was not only a much better experience than any other dealership we visited, he was SO knowledgeable! He knew so much about the cars, was able to speak to all the features, and really highlighted the pros and cons of the models we were looking at. Super real and down to earth- NOT a pushy salesperson! You could tell he really has the customers best interest in mind! We were sold! Then it got even better when he and the manager gave us a great deal and explained all of the terms (about 100 times and answered ALL of my questions)! Then we worked with Zach for the final payment etc and I never thought paying for something could be such a great experience! Total gem!!! At the end we needed my husband's fathers signature on our trade in and Kevin offered to drive to Benicia(1.5hour drive) to get it so we wouldn't have to come back the next day! Terrific, knowledgeable and customer-first staff! Our experience was just amazing! Not to mention it is a family run business which makes it THAT much better! If you are in the market for a new car, I highly recommend stopping by Towne and Ford in RWC and ask for Kevin!!! More
