I received what I would say was a very good deal on this used car - and my time was well respected, which to me, shows this is a dealership above most. Joe and his team - and the managment of Towne Hyundai, were all knowledgeable and friendly to deal with - never felt pressured - and in fact we took our time over a few days to make the deal as I considered my buying options. An hour before he was to return he gets the "call" sorry but wanted to tell you we made an "honest" mistake and cannot honor the price we gave you. They said they entered the info into the computer and all of a sudden they realized that they can't do the deal. They say they use this computer for years and never had a problem but now they did. Long story short.. Go somewhere else. To much non sense and an attempt to increase by 21% to try and get more money is not only shameful but shows you the "quality" this dealer represents A deal is a deal - that's the honorable way. P.s. TELL ALL YOUR FRIENDS, Family and anyone you care about NOT TO USE TOWN HYUNDAI IN DENVILLE NJ A happy customer will tell a few - a defrauded customer will tell EVERYONE!! More

Just air in tires I came in to, what I thought was, just to have air put in my tires. Because my dash light came on and it had gotten cold out so that's what I figured I came in to, what I thought was, just to have air put in my tires. Because my dash light came on and it had gotten cold out so that's what I figured needed to be done. Well, they checked my car over and found out that I had a nail in my tire. So that was fixed and they found a couple of other things that needed service. They were so accommdating that they actually took me back in the work area to show me what was wrong. Everyone could not be nicer, they explained everything and I can not say enough nice things about the whole staff at Towne Hundai Denville. I will definately recommend them to my friends and I will only let them service my car in the future. More

Not your average "Car Dealership" experience I recently had 2 services appointments for a recall fix and then to have my snow tires put on. Everyone from service to the desk to the sales people to the guy that valet's your car is so nice. Service is fast, friendly and accommodating. I have spoken with the original salesman of my first deal, Jose, and will continue with Towne Hyundai and Jose in the future. More
