Dropped off @ 7:45 am for first basic service. 6 hours later car was not done, even with an appointment 4 days in advance and early drop off. Unprofessional, Lazy, Arrogant. Thats all that i would like to say to these so called "Great" Dealership. Makes the customer wait 30 mins without saying a word and vanish. Joe (Sales Rep) and his co-workers were very courteous, professional, efficient and pleasant to deal with. Denville Hyundai is an extermely busy dealership, however, we were not pressured in any way. Dennis had approached me while I was honestly just killing time. We had a decent conversation, very charismatic, seemed to have one in the chamber for every question I tried to stump him with. Fred and the whole team there at towne hyundai were a great help. They fought for me trying to help with the financial part of the deal until i was able to get a car. The staff was very helpful and friendly from the moment I stepped into the door. They worked with me and explained everything to me every step of the way. We just had a horrible experience atTowne Hyundai in Denville and will never recommend or purchase a car from them, We initially went in to speak with a salesman on Saturday about leasing a 2013 Elantra Denville and will never recommend or purchase a car from them, We initially went in to speak with a salesman on Saturday about leasing a 2013 Elantra, The salesman's name was Javier, Of course he played the usual car salesman games that has made us all hate the car buying process, After torturing us with the usual annoying tactics back and forth to the manager ,to my surprise we came to an agreement on a price....so I thought. I told the sales manager we couldn't do the deal today because we were in a hurry but would be back during the week to sign the papers and close the deal.He said this would be fine and he would honor it.Today my daughter called Javier to tell him we would be in tonight to lease the car and he said he would be ready. I expected to be in and out since we already had the deal done. Javier being the unprofessional he is had us walking back to a dark lot that was hard to even look at the car colors. after deciding on a color we went inside to review the numbers that suddenly we're not what we discussed on Saturday. Javier clearly recalled our conversation but again had to go to his manager to allegedly safe us a few more dollars. Javier never returned but another manager other than the one from Saturday did who said there was no way he could do the deal since he would be loosing too much money on the deal.the coward Javier never came back over....unfortunately we didn't get the car as promised..Save yourself a lot of time and aggravation and go to another Hyundai dealer. Townes Hyundai is the worst...no wonder they hired Javier.....horrible More
I have given Fred Onorato a stellar rating because he was knowledgable about the vehicles, pleasant, easy-going and worked with the managers and finance department to meet the price goals I had in mind in re knowledgable about the vehicles, pleasant, easy-going and worked with the managers and finance department to meet the price goals I had in mind in regards to the vehicle I wanted to lease.
