When car wasn't in the first date it was supposed to be Joe Joe and his team were very good to work with. Very professional and kept their promise. When car wasn't in the first date it was supposed to be Joe set me up with a loaner until it arrived. My only negatIve is with the general manager. He was unfriendly, unaccomodating, rudr, and in general, a jerk. He refused to give me a loaner when the car did not arrive on the agreed upon date. Fortunately Joe got me the loaner as he valued me. All below ratings refer to Joe and team, not to the GM. I would give him low marks. More

From start to finish there was no haggling regarding the value of my trade-in or price quoted for the purchase. I worked with Anthony on the sale and he was honest and really helpful. Eddie Pagan, the manager, texted me the quote so there were no questions about the deal. And finally, Rafael Perez in finance who handled the close and was great. All aspects of the deal were straight forward and no extra charges at the end. Anthony followed up with me yesterday to see how my father liked the car. Great experience and would highly recommend giving them a shot. More
