Jose Matos is the best salesman I have ever dealt with over the years. During my test drive, he allowed me to take a long drive to test various road conditions, and showed how very knowledgeable he is whe over the years. He was also very friendly and professional. He showed me cars available on the lot, but when I indicated I wanted a specific interior/exterior color, he quickly told me he would look for my car. He never pressured me in the least. He found the car and had it ready for me in just over two weeks.Everything was exactly what I'd asked for. When I picked up the car, he spent considerable time showing me all its features and answering more questions. Even though it's a brand new model, he knew that car inside out! I have since recommended him to several friends, and would use him again! More

It was a real pleasure working with with Fred. We were very comfortable and there was a feeling of trust quite quickly. Fred is very friendly and easy to work with. When I walked into Towne Hyundai and was introduced to our salesman, Javier, it was a different experience than going to any other dealer. He acknowledged our interest in the Sonata SE Turbo and did not try to sell us another car, despite not having one on the lot. He was very up front with that piece of information and was not deceptive about it like other dealers like Wayne Hyundai. He was very helpful and honest. He told us it would take up to 3 weeks for him to get the vehicle I wanted, but was able to deliver in 2 weeks. In addition, he promised the vehicle would come with car mats and an iPod cable, however when he got the vehicle from another dealer it did not have them. So he promised to get them by the time I return to get plates, he was able to get the car mats so far, just waiting on the iPod cable, but I don't doubt that Javier will deliver. Excellent salesman and a good dealership. I would highly recommend over Paramus and Wayne Hyundai. More

Well for starters this was not my first Hyundai dealership i have entered in the pass week. I was looking for a 2011 left over Sonata 2.0T at which i found but the price was way to high. Well after seeing the price of some dealerships i decided so move my purchase else where. I called Towne Hyundai and they did not have a 2011 2.0T but i came in anyway . I met Sean Cullen and he is down to earth guy and was very nice to my daughter , he showed me a couple of Sonata with different options then we sat down and he made me a offer i couldn't walk away from so i purchased a 2012 Sonata 2.0T limited . Great dealership. AAA++++ More

I was completely unaware of a Hyundai and had Toyota and Honda in my bucket list for shopping but out of curiosity I stepped into the Towne Hyundai showroom and boy was I blown away.
