Another Happy Customer I am very pleased with Towne Hyundai. I've been getting my '13 Sonata serviced there for a couple years now and NOT once, was I ever 'hassled'' by a I am very pleased with Towne Hyundai. I've been getting my '13 Sonata serviced there for a couple years now and NOT once, was I ever 'hassled'' by a sales person to trade in my car. I could walk around and browse at all the cars with pleasure. Where as another dealer, they wait for you and hassle you. This I feel is very important for a customer, I don't like to be hassled and have the feeling of not going back. Well, this was not the case for Towne Hyundai. This year I'v'e decided to trade in my '13 for a new 2018. I was recommended to Sonny by a co-worker. So very pleased to have met Sonny and was able to do business with him and I ended up an awesome, sporty, '18 Sonata. It's only been 2 weeks and I'm loving it!!! I did feel good and comfortable when I was purchasing it. And Thankful that we were able to work it all out.... Thank You Towne Hyundai for being there, being friendly, and it's a pleasure to do business with you. I also know many friends that have purchased numerous vehicles at Towne and also use their Service area. That says a lot also!! Thank You!! More

The best car buying experience I have had many car buying experiences in my life and have never had one as good as dealing with Joe Ippolito at Towne Hyundai. He is amazing and so h I have had many car buying experiences in my life and have never had one as good as dealing with Joe Ippolito at Towne Hyundai. He is amazing and so helpful and easy to deal with. I like the fact that I only have to deal with Joe from beginning to end as opposed to other dealerships where I have to talk to several sales people before they can finalize the price of the vehicle. I have now purchased/leased 3 vehicles from Joe and will definitely come back for more. More

We talked about my vehicle needs, identified an in stock vehicle, discussed the monetary issues for a deal and then made it happen. He has a staff that helped get the particulars done in a timely manner. We agreed to pick up the car a couple days later and Joe and his staff personally welcomed me back, reviewed the car, and thanked me for doing business with him. Confirmation that Joe knows there are plenty of choices to buy vehicles but if you treat somebody right you get the business and the goodwill that goes with it. More

Horrible Experience My wife and I were interested in 3 of their vehicles. Upon talking with one of their salespeople. He told us that we needed to "choose" one. We told h My wife and I were interested in 3 of their vehicles. Upon talking with one of their salespeople. He told us that we needed to "choose" one. We told him that we weren't sure and that we wanted to talk numbers on them to see which one would fit our budget. He insisted that we needed to choose only one. We started with one of the used cars they had for sale. After seeing it, I said, let's go inside and discuss numbers. He responded, " price is on the window, what is there to discuss? I told him that I didn't want to pay that price and that I wanted to negotiate the price. He said there was nothing he could except maybe a couple hundred. At that point, we decided to start talks on a new car, maybe we had better luck on a new one. After a lengthy talk on price back and forth, we agreed on a price. He removed the insurance from our trade in and moved it on to the new one and emptied out our car. We sat at the dealership for about 1 hr and a half waiting to sign the paperwork only to be told that the system was down and that it was way past their closing. We were told to take the new car and come back to sign the paperwork on Monday since it was Saturday and they were closed on Sunday. we explained that we were going on vacation for a week and wouldn't be able to come back until the following Monday. They said to take it and there was no problem. We were given the car during the night. Next morning I get up and went out to look at the car and noticed that it had a dent on the door but since it was Sunday and they were closed there was nothing I could do. Upon returning from vacation I decided not to say anything about it because I didn't think that they would believe us that it was given to us that way. I arrived a week later to sign the paperwork only to be seated for another hour or so. We signed the paperwork with the financial rep. I received a survey in an email to discuss my experience at the dealership. I expressed my discontent with the salesperson's attitude and sales style and I also expressed my concern for the wait time. I did however say that I would still recommend the dealership to friends and that I was still satisfied with the overall experience. I shouldn't have been so nice. Within 24 hrs , I received a text message from the financial rep letting me know that he was not happy with my review of the dealership and that I was unfair. I thought it the survey was anonymous. And second why was I getting grilled for answering a survey? More
