Very happy! I got the car I wanted at a fair price,they even through in a year's free oil changes! I didn't think I would be able to drive the car home that night I got the car I wanted at a fair price,they even through in a year's free oil changes! I didn't think I would be able to drive the car home that night,since I didn't have a ride and I wasn't trading in. I was very pleased when they told me that they could have someone drive the car to my house while I took care of the paperwork! Above and Beyond I had the pleasure of working with Diego on my new purchase of my 2016 Hyundai. He literally went above and beyond any of my expectations of the car b I had the pleasure of working with Diego on my new purchase of my 2016 Hyundai. I had purchased a 2013 Sonata from another dealer that unfortunately had been affected by the engine recall which is what prompted my visit to Towne. Upon meeting Diego when I walked in the door he greeted my father and I with energy and a warm smile. Diego listened intently to my key features I wanted in my next car and then EXCEEDED what I had asked. He worked with my father and I to find my brand new car which I am absolutely in love with and will continue my business with this specific Hyundai dealership. Furthermore, the Towne Hyundai finance department was a pleasant surprise to say the least. In both my father and my experiences with finance the representative was cold, unfriendly, did not answer any questions and actually became irritated when we would stop and ask about something in our agreement. At Towne this was NOT the experience I had with them. The gentleman in finance entertained every question and went into DETAIL for us as to what we were signing, what each thing meant and explained the benefits in full honesty of the various things we are purchasing. After the team set up my bluelink, which I will be renewing just because of the wonderful gentleman who had help me set it up, we were on our way out when Diego walked us to my new car and even helped move things from my old car to my new one. I have since referred my friends who are currently looking for a new car and plan to work exclusively with Diego and the Towne Hyundai team for the future. More
