buying a car I bought a car last year at this dealership. My experience was not good. I asked them what was going to be my monthly payment, and I ask the salesma I bought a car last year at this dealership. My experience was not good. I asked them what was going to be my monthly payment, and I ask the salesman to give a true number. After waiting a while he came back to me and told me I was going to pay $317.00 a month. I told him that it was a fare payment for a Hyundai Elantra 2016 on a 72 month loan with only a $1,000 down payment. When I pass to see the financial person in charge he told me that I have two options either $337.00 or $354.00 with a Gap insurance on it. I told him, that is not the price they told me before. After waiting a long time he gave me new prices, which where $321.00 or $336.00 with the Gap insurance. I decided to take the one with the Gap insurance. The surprise was that he had the paperwork filled out for 75 months not 72 and he didn't tell me nothing about that. When I asked him about it, he didn't have nothing to say and he changed the paperwork to read 72 months. I was at this dealer for almost 5 hours that day. At the end I took the car with the two years service maintenance agreement, which is only for oil change and tire rotation. What includes 3 oil changes per year or every 5,000 miles whichever comes first. I went two times only the second time I marked the tires and they told me that they rotated the tires but it was not true they didn't even take them out. I ask them about it and all they said was that they will give me an oil change for free. I told them that I don't want it. So, I never when back for service there. More
