Excellent as always! We dealt with Joe Ippolito (our salesman since 1998) and his assistant Emily. We always recommend Joe for his excellent service and the attention he gives each customer in spite of being a very busy man-- as expected when you're good at what you do! We also dealt with John in the finance department; he did a very good job of laying everything out and explaining the options available to the buyer. Definitely recommend this dealership, as I have for the past many years-- my friend was able to leave with a great, reliable car on the same day! We have also had our current car serviced many times in the course of our 14 years of owning it and have always been treated well by the employees, which is one of the many reasons why prospective buyers will want to keep coming back to Towne Hyundai. Following a couple of calls from Jamal as the last lease was approaching it's end we decided to go in to talk in person. He was aware of what I was looking for in the car as well as in cost. It was fairly apparent he had listened to what I said and had done what was necessary ahead of our visit to secure and meet our wishes. When we discovered our model Sonata no longer came with heated seats he quickly worked out a way to have them installed at no addition cost to us. I am very put off by high pressure sale people and the games that take place during negotiations. I can say that Jamal was a complete professional who instilled a feeling of confidence and true concern for our satisfaction. The gentleman who handled our paperwork for financing was also a pleasure and efficient. Considering our experience and the hours we spent at the dealership the 1st & 2nd times we leased, this was 100% better More
