Salesperson Fred Onorato's outstanding support was instrumental in my purchase of a new Santa Fe from Towne Hyundai.He informed me immediately when a vehicle with my preferred color came in a day afte instrumental in my purchase of a new Santa Fe from Towne Hyundai.He informed me immediately when a vehicle with my preferred color came in a day after my initial visit,he then had it prepped/cleaned and set aside for me. Subsequently,he was extremely patient with my then indecision as to new or used, color, model etc. We reviewed all options and he even priced out a used Santa Fe for comparison. He was upfront about the total costs involved for both vehicles. I finally decided on the initial Santa Fe he has set aside and he ensured the necessary paperwork etc was completed and I drove the car home that same day. Again, outstanding service on Freds part. Jake was friendly and knowledgable. He did not give off that "car salesman" type of vibe so the the entire experience was easy and my decisions were my own. Roger Guerrero was a gentleman. Roger put himself in my place and explained the various options with regard to sales or lease for myself, a single mom. I do drive many miles a year. THEY DON'T KEEP THEIR WORD ....I JUST BOUGHT A USED CAR FOR MY DAUGHTER AT TOWNE HYUNDAI...AS I WAS LOOKING AT THE CAR AND TOOK IT FOR A TEST DRIVE, I POINTED OUT SOME STAINS ON THE SEATS AND THE OVERALL I FOR MY DAUGHTER AT TOWNE HYUNDAI...AS I WAS LOOKING AT THE CAR AND TOOK IT FOR A TEST DRIVE, I POINTED OUT SOME STAINS ON THE SEATS AND THE OVERALL INTERIOR WAS FILTHY. I WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD BE FULLY DETAILED BEFORE IT WOULD BE GIVEN TO ME. WHEN I RECEIVED THE CAR, IT WAS THE SAME WAY THAT I LEFT IT. THEY HAD THE NERVE TO CHARGE ME 289.00 FOR THE CAR DETAIL. WHAT I GOT WAS A REGULAR CAR WASH THAT I CAN GET FOR 9.95. I AM IN THE WRONG BUSINESS. THE SALESMAN SEEMS TO BE ON YOUR SIDE TO GET YOUR BUSINESS UNTIL YOU SIGN THE PAPERS. THEN YOUR ARE ON YOUR OWN. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDING THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE. IF THIS HOW THEY NEED TO MAKE MONEY, THEN SHUT THE DOORS AND OPEN UP A CAR WASH AND CHARGE 300.00 FOR A CAR WASH. WHAT I AM REALLY UPSET ABOUT IS THAT THE SALESMAN SHOOK MY HAND AND GAVE ME HIS WORD THAT HE WILL PERSONALLY TAKE CARE OF IT.
