I absolutely dread buying a new car! Every time I do, I think I did well until I walk out of the dealership and then I realize I was taken again. He gave us the same respect as someone who was buying one of the high end models and I really appreciated that! When I first arrived at Towne Hyundai, my first inclination was to leave because it seemed that all the sales people were busy with customers and I was reluctant to wait. I was glad I did. In August 2007, my engine of the vehicle I was using went bad (I found metal pcs. in the oil). I needed an vehicle immediately. My neighbor across the street was driving a Hyundai Sonata and I asked her about her experiences with it. She didn't have a complaint at all but did tell me if I was interested to buy one to go to Joe Ippolito of Towne Hyundai and I would have the best care. I finally called my older sister and she told me that the Hyundai was rated very high and offered the best warranty. She asked me to go to the dealership and see if I liked the vehicles and see if they offered a deal that would be good for me. After talking and researching my daughter and I went together to see if we were to buy a vehicle there. We talked with Joe Ippolito and he showed us vehicles that were what we needed for our job at the time. We wanted to purchase and not lease because we would be putting many miles on our vehicle. We bought the Hyundai Tuscan and also purchased the Hyundai cap to be put on top with the cross bars already on it. After having this 2007 Hyundai Tuscon for 4 years with no major complaints and the best service available for what ever we needed done, we decided to call Joe Ippolito again to see if he could guide us to a vehicle that would be the best for our needs. We decided on a Black with gray interior Sante Fe 2011 and he had none in stock. He didn't stop for a minute until he finally got the one we wanted. We almost thought we'd have to settle on another color, but, once again, Joe didn't fail us. He kept on top of it until he got us the vehicle we dreamed of having. He helped us through the financing options and the financial officer got us through that smoothly on the day we went to pick up our vehicle. Joe informed us of everything we needed to know to decide what vehicle would please both my daughter and myself. He went far and beyound whatever anyone could possibly do to meet our demands. He and his staff make you feel like the most important person in the world.
