WORST DEALERSHIP EVER! This by far is the worst Dealership I have ever dealt with. Last year I bought a 2008 GMC Acaida after 60 days of driving it I found out that it had s This by far is the worst Dealership I have ever dealt with. Last year I bought a 2008 GMC Acaida after 60 days of driving it I found out that it had so many issues water leakage damage fuse box and I went back to Town Hyundai thinking that they would have some sympathy, being that they sold me this car for 10,000 dollars. However, they did not. You would think they would look into every issue before selling a used car but its clear they don't. The manager was beyond rude, basically said it was not his problem. I spent over 2000 dollars in repairs only to find out I had a water leak still and now the transmission was failing. So this year I went back in hopes that they could get me out of this bad loan that they put me in in the first place, after finding out my transmission was failing. I met with a guy name Diego he told me to come in and he was confident that he would be able to get me into a new vehicle. After waiting for a few hours he told me the banks were closed and he would continue to work on the deal being that my loan still had a large payback amount and some credit factors also played apart. Unfortunately, I guess Diego never thought it was important, to reach out to me like he promised. I left messages got no response. Nevertheless, I took my business elsewhere (Route 23 Auto Mall, in Butler). Not only did I receive a better rate than what Towne Hyundai offered and deal but I walk off the lot with a brand new 2017 NIssan Altima. I am warning anyone who is not familiar with the car sales business. AVOID TOWN HYUNDAI all they care about is making a sale and they will not give all it takes to make sure no matter what your credit score is or financial issues may be that you walk away with a car. Towne Hyundai does the bare minimum. I urge you to look for companies will work with you and work for you. Hopes this helps others as it has helped me. TOWNE HYUNDAI OF DENVILLE should be ashamed. Happy with my 2017 Sonata I used the 2017 Sonata as a loaner car while my 2009 was in for service. I just loved it and decided to buy it after the holidays.
