Great Salesman and Service This is the second vehicle I leased from Hyundai inside of 14 months due to an accident with my first truck. I returned to Towne Hyundai for 2 reason This is the second vehicle I leased from Hyundai inside of 14 months due to an accident with my first truck. I returned to Towne Hyundai for 2 reasons; 1) my sales rep Fred Onorato and 2) the wonderful treatment I received the past year by the service dept. Once again Fred made the lease of this vehicle easy for me and even though he just leased me a similar vehicle last year, he still took the time to review all features with me. I told him where I needed to be on price and features and he didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. He really was/is great to work with; the best sales person I've ever leased/purchased a car from. The service dept at this location is the best I have ever experienced as well. Every visit over the past year, I was greeted with a smile and a warm hello. Any issues noted were always fully explained to me and I was always given the option to decline the service. The online appointment process is great as well; very easy to use and very convenient. Also, my truck was always returned to me cleaned and ready to go.
