I found this vehicle at the Toy Barn dealership through an internet search on AutoTrader.com. I spoke to Pavel at Toy Barn. He was very helpful over the phone. He provided additional pictures of any blemishes or imperfections on the BMW. We agreed on a price and I drove from Michigan to purchase this vehicle. When I arrived, I was very impressed by the appearance of the dealership. It was loaded with luxury sport and high-end vehicles. The showroom was very clean and impressive. I was greeted by Pavel. He was very pleasant. He had my vehicle parked inside the building for my inspection. The BMW was very clean and the prior vehicle photos and description he provided was very accurate. I was pleasantly surprised. The vehicle purchase and closing was very relaxing and professional. Wow! What a difference I had an unpleasant first experience but Joe Casa reached out to me and convinced me to try again. I ended up buying a 996 Turbo. The deal was consumm I had an unpleasant first experience but Joe Casa reached out to me and convinced me to try again. I ended up buying a 996 Turbo. The deal was consummated quickly and smoothly. A couple of weeks after the purchase I noticed the clutch was slipping. I reached out to Joe and he assured me that they would stand behind the purchase. They sent an enclosed trailer to Cleveland, picked up the car and put a new clutch in it. Not only did they replace the clutch, they also replaced the accumulator, slave cylinder, and flywheel. They did all of this at their expense. Then they trailered the car back to Cleveland for me. I do not know how any dealer could do more for a customer than Toy Barn did for me. Joe Casa and Will Gregory are first class guys. I will buy future cars from Toy Barn and they will be doing any service work I need on my new toy. Thanks so much. I really appreciate it! More
