They provided outstanding customer service; answering every question I asked, completing and forwarding paperwork, photos, video, and service records, setting up financing, and arranging delivery and titling logistics. IN TWO DAYS. And if that wasn't enough, they did it for a customer who lives 500 miles away, sight unseen. The one and only reason I didn't purchase their (extremely well priced, well serviced, and gorgeous) Aston Martin V8 Vantage was another one appearing with a hard-to-find option about 300 miles closer to my location. Chris took the time to listen to what I wanted and found the Shelby I wanted, Chris set up a test drive at a time that was convienient for me!. I showed up and everything was ready on time as promised. We took a test drive and discussed the purchase as we made our way back to the showroom. From there the rest is history, smooth buying process, smooth working with the finance manager, introduced to service department, I also met ownership, the car was setup for delivery at the time that worked for me.
