Best salesmanship I’ve ever experience . I walked in the Toy Barn looking for the ultimate car of my dreams and the sale person greeted me and my wife as though nothing else mattered but find I walked in the Toy Barn looking for the ultimate car of my dreams and the sale person greeted me and my wife as though nothing else mattered but finding the car we wanted . Great Experience I'd like to start by saying that I have been "looking" for a new car for three years. I wanted a new car, but couldn't make my mind up on what I want I'd like to start by saying that I have been "looking" for a new car for three years. I wanted a new car, but couldn't make my mind up on what I wanted. My husband, who loves cars, would try and take me out to look at and test drive cars all the time. It gave me anxiety. I hated the sales guys coming out to talk to me when I really didn't know what I wanted. They would push me to look at something I had no interest in and just made me not want to go looking for a car at all. My son has recently taken an interest in exotic cars. He is on the spectrum, and when he gets in to something he is obsessed. Lamborghini's, Maserati's, and Ferrari's are something he has been dying to see in person... which led us to come to the Toy Barn. My anxiety was through the roof on the way there. I was worried the staff would not let my son near those cars and his heart would be broken. I was worried that since we weren't coming to buy a car, let alone a $200k one, we would be looked down upon. Our experience was completely the opposite. My son was welcomed, no one was chasing us down, and were BEYOND friendly. So I saw a few cars I liked and decided to test drive them. We worked with James Morton who was just fantastic. He let me take my time with the few cars I was looking at, encouraged me to drive all of them so I knew the driving experience with each, and once i decided I was actually going to purchase one (because I LOVED it), made me completely comfortable and made the purchasing experience enjoyable. (When is the last time you bought a car at a dealership and enjoyed the whole process ;) ). The facility at Toy Barn is incredible, and I will tell everyone who will listen to me how great the dealership is and will send people James' way. Shannon B. More
