I had dealt with Salesman James Morton. On our first contact he completely went over the entire vehicle that I was interested in and answered all my questions thoroughly. We must have spent at least a half hour on the phone. He was very knowledgeable about the car and the process of the transaction. First impressions are important and he made me very comfortable personally and professionally. Being that I would not make a purchase sight unseen I decided to make the trip (family included) to Toy Barn and I can say this dealership is most impressive. They have multiple buildings stretching across many lots with an extensive inventory of some fine automobiles (approximately 200+) ranging from an average car to high end cars to exotics. I was welcomed at the front desk and from the time I got there to the time I left I was treated professionally by all the staff that I was in contact with. James had gone over the vehicle with me and we also went for a test drive. He showed me all the features and functions and how they worked. James was courteous and professional with me and my family and I would most definitely recommend him, Toy Barn, and their staff. James also followed up with me after my purchase and he also made the arrangements for my car to be shipped. If your looking for a really nice clean used automobile you should seriously consider Toy Barn. I purchased a 2006 Porsche Carrera S and I absolutely love it and everything is in perfect working order. I will definitely be checking their inventory when I am looking for my next vehicle. The welding has bubbled and the tire now won't hold air. Alignment was so bad it wore a hole in the right rear tire while driving shortly after I bought it. The breaks were also bad and caused pulsation and vibration. The dealership also only gave us one key and stated a second key would be mailed to us. We never received it. When we called to ask about it they told us to buy a key and they would reimburse us the cost. It's been two months and we still haven't received the check for our cost. So far a $400 key, over a $1,000 for new rim and all four tires needed to be replaced. More
