Went in for an oil change and front end alignment. They centered the steering as asked, however the truck still pulls to the right and is not aligned. Very frustrating to say the least. Asked for additional assistance to get a broken tail light reflector replaced. A cocky male employee in the vicinity commented that it will be expensive- at least $10k. My only complaint is that appointments appear to be meaningless. Every time I have gone there with an appointment I’ve had to wait approximately 1 hour + before they started servicing my car.
