They said they will beat any dealer in the valley by $500 on a Sienna, Which is true BUT what they failed to mention is that you MUST sign up with their financing of 5.99% instead of the 0% from Toyota which I qualified for. They kept saying "just refinance it in 6 months" what a bunch of crooks. I ended up buying from an honest dealer in Salt Lake. A co-worker told me that bountiful toyota did the same to him and now he's stuck with a awful rate. I'm contacting the state to inform them about these practices. BUYER BEWARE Plus you can tell all these 5.0 reviews are fake and probably written by their families. They all look identical. More
Not your typical Dealer I had shopped several dealerships before going to Bountiful Toyota. At the "other" dealerships, I found the Sales People and their managers all too "t I had shopped several dealerships before going to Bountiful Toyota. At the "other" dealerships, I found the Sales People and their managers all too "typical." I can tell when they are just out to "make another sale" or if they care...really care. Keyston was informative and helpful and promised me he would take good care of me. It turns out he was right. My wife and I went to the dealership expecting a 4-5 hour "ordeal." About 2 hours after meeting this fine young man, we drove home in our Toyota Camry. It was a pleasure doing business with Keyston and the Finance Manager Cameron. I will buy all my future cars from Keyston and have recommended Toyota of Bountiful to my friends and relatives. Great job to all involved. Keyston is successful because he really cares about his customers. He has a bright future in the Auto Business, and they should make him a Trainer of other sales people. He's just a 'natural' with a good heart. 5 stars to Keyston and Bountiful Toyota. More

First, I want to express my appreciation for the time Jeff Christison spent with me when show I am sending this review on behalf of Bountiful Toyota. First, I want to express my appreciation for the time Jeff Christison spent with me when showing me the car. He went over the features of the car in great detail and was extremely professional yet personable. I have been apprehensive about purchasing a new car because I am working on the goal of becoming debt free. I feel that Jeff listened to my concerns and helped to get me the best price available. He spent time to show me the owners manual and specific pages that were important, such as the recommended times to bring the car in for service and the benefits of maintaining the car. I have never purchased a new car before and Jeff took the time to go over the importance of how to drive a new car to "break it in." Weston Bird went through all the warrantees in detail and gave me important information to help me make decisions on purchasing GAP insurance and extending the warrantees. Both Jeff and Weston told me about the "extras" such as the car washes, oil changes, and tire rotation. etc. Overall, my experience with the employees at Bountiful Toyota was a positive one. I did not feel pressured and the atmosphere was relaxing. I want to thank Jeff and Weston for helping me with this decision. I have owned Toyota Camrys since 1993 and would recommend both this car and the employees at Bountiful Toyota to friends and family who are in the market to buy a car. These guys are great. I had an absolutely wonderful experience I flew into Salt Lake City from California, Keystone pick me up at the airport I did a test drive on my new 4 Runner and he was wonderful to work with I flew into Salt Lake City from California, Keystone pick me up at the airport I did a test drive on my new 4 Runner and he was wonderful to work with. He supplied me with sales brochures, had my vehicle totally detailed, and off I went to the finance manager. Paperwork was done quickly and efficiently, both men did exactly what they said they would do and were very honest with me and kept her word. The accessories I picked out were very reasonable and sent directly to my house in a timely manner. They did not keep me long for I had to drive the vehicle back to California. I would not hesitate to return to this dealership and highly recommend them. More

He let us test drive them when we got back from both of them he asked us what we liked and did not like about each car, when we decided on the corolla he worked really hard to get us the price we could afford. Josh came and helped him with that. Whwn we agreed on a price, Gerry took us over to Aaron in financing and he made the financing part really quick and easy. When we were done with the paperwork we went outside and the car was there waiting for us all cleaned and full of gas. When Gerry came out he shoed me some features that I did not know about the car, he even paired my phone and set some of my radio stations. I have now purchased two cars from TOYOTA BOUNTIFUL, both of these experiences were AWESOME. The people at Toyota Boutiful care about you and they are not pushy, they do not try to get you on a car that you will not be happy in. I will be back and I refer anyone i know to them. Ian was able to answer all my questions concerning the 2014.5 Camry SE V6 I purchased. He never once said I don’t know. He didn’t even have to go ask anyone for help. He demonstrated every aspect of the car with confidence and explained everything in detail but not boring detail. This was very valuable information for me due to the fact it enabled me to drive away knowing I wouldn’t have to spend hours digging through the owner’s manual. Ian also walked me through the dealership. He showed and explained to me everything about Toyota Bountiful. He also introduced me to everyone in all the different departments I could ever possibly come in contact with. I almost felt I was on a new job going through orientation. Time well spent. I feel Ian is self-motivated but not pushy. For someone that is fairly new in his job he is OUTSTANDING! Kudos to Ian. Ian then introduced me to the Finance Manager, Weston Bird. Even though I paid cash for the car Weston took the time to explain all the different options I have without any pressure to purchase. Weston is also extremely knowledgeable in the product he is explaining for possible purchase. One thing about the dealership that impressed me was when you first walk in the main doors you are immediately greeted by the receptionist. First impression goes a long way. My overall experience was a positive one and it seems now days customer service is lacking. Not at Toyota Bountiful. Thank you to your entire staff I dealt with. More
